This notice explains how we collect and use the information you give us when you join the Founders list. We keep this simple and we keep your data to a minimum. It is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It helps us understand how people find this page, measure how well our ads perform, and show our ads to people who are likely to be interested.

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to contact you on WhatsApp and by email about the Founders offer. We do this only because you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by emailing us.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the waitlist and deliver the messages you agreed to:

We keep your details while the Founders list is active and for a reasonable period after the gym opens. If the project does not proceed, we delete the list. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
